Kit liquidation should strictly be done 2 days after the event day, and returns should be done 2 days after liquidation to avoid credit card charging.

In your Virtual Office, kindly select Special Events in the Shipping Method to be counted as roadshow liquidation.

All events must be held on or before 27th of the month. Events beyond this date will not be counted.

All enrollments done during the roadshow cannot be counted as reactivations.
