Once you have placed your first loyalty order, you can save items for later, manage your processing date and manage your monthly shipment on the Loyalty Order page in your account.
Earning Loyalty Points
Every month you place a 50+ PV loyalty order, you earn loyalty points that can be spent. Plus the number of monthly loyalty points you earn increases as you place more consecutive 50+ PV loyalty orders.

How Do I Earn Loyalty Gifts?
You earn free loyalty gifts by placing consecutive loyalty orders of 50+ PV. For the first year, you’ll earn a loyalty gift at 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 months—and every 12 months after year one.
Loyalty Rewards FAQ
Please note
Each Brand Partner can only earn a gift at 3, 6, 9, 12, and 24 months once, regardless of new or previous conditions.
From January you will receive all new gifts if you haven’t received gifts for appropriate consecutive months earlier.
For example:
3-month gift
If you have never received a three-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in September 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the previous gift (Tangerine+ 5 ml/Lemongrass 5 ml) in December 2023.
If you have never received a three-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in October 2023 – you will be eligible to earn a new Loyalty gift (Orange 5 ml with Dewdrop Diffuser) in January 2024.
You might earn the three-month gift and later cancel your subscription. If you subscribe to Loyalty Rewards again in October 2023, the next gift you’ll be eligible for is the six-month gift, (not a second three-month gift), Oil Bag with Purification 5 ml in April 2024.
6-month gift
If you have never received a six-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in June 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the previous gift (Purification 5 ml) in December 2023.
If you have never received a six-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in July 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the new Loyalty gift (Oil Bag with Purification 5 ml) in January 2024.
If you have never received a six-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in October 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the new Loyalty gift (Oil Bag with Purification 5 ml) in April 2024.
9-month gift
If you have never received a nine-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in March 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the previous gift (Tea Tree 15 ml) in December 2023.
If you have never received a nine-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in May 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the new Loyalty gift (Tea Tree 15 ml with WanderBliss Diffuser) in February 2024.
If you have never received a nine-month gift and subscribed or re-subscribed in October 2023 – you will be eligible to earn the new Loyalty gift (Tea Tree 15 ml with WanderBliss Diffuser) in July 2024.
24-month gift
If your 24th consecutive month is in November 2023 - you will be eligible to earn the previous gift (Loyalty blend 5 ml) in December 2023.
If your 24th consecutive month is in December’23 - you will be eligible to earn the new gift (Loyalty blend 5 ml with Aria Diffuser) in January 2024.
How do I subscribe to the Loyalty programme?
You can subscribe in one of three easy ways:
Join the programme during the process of signing up as a new Distributor or visit the Loyalty Rewards webpage and follow the “Subscribe now!” link, or complete and sign the form found in the Virtual Office under ‘Brand Partner Resources’ and email to us. Please note, the form must be completed and signed by the account holder.
Can I switch and/or delete my loyalty order items and still earn loyalty points and gifts?
Yes. You can change the items any time until 12 a.m. (midnight), GMT/BST, on your processing date, which is determined by you when you subscribe to the programme.
Can I make changes to my Loyalty subscription order online?
Yes. You can make changes to your subscription order online at any time until 12 a.m. (midnight), GMT/BST, on your processing date, which is determined by you when you subscribe to the programme.
If I want to cancel my subscription to Loyalty programme, can I do so online?
No. All subscription cancellations must be over the phone or email with one of our helpful Member Service agents
Do I need to place an order every month?
Yes. The Loyalty programme offers rewards for shipments that process each month. Earning loyalty gifts and points, and maintaining higher rewards points percentages are contingent upon placing consecutive orders.
What is a qualifying Loyalty order?
A qualifying Loyalty order must be a minimum of 50 PV. Standard orders (Quick orders) do not count towards the required monthly Loyalty order 50 PV minimum. Placing a Standard order without placing a qualifying Loyalty order in the same month will reset your consecutive Loyalty Rewards participation to zero.
Is the grace month still offered?
The option to select a grace month is no longer available within the Virtual Office. Brand Partners will not be able to select this option online. To receive one grace month in a rolling 12 month period, a Brand Partner must call Member Services
Can I cancel my Loyalty subscription by phone?
Yes, the account holder may cancel their Loyalty subscription by telephone. They can also do so by contacting our Member Services team by email.
How do I earn loyalty gifts through the Loyalty Rewards program?
You earn free loyalty gifts by placing consecutive loyalty orders of 50+ PV. For the first year, you'll earn a loyalty gift at 3, 6, 9, 12, and 24 months—and then every 12 months after year one.
Do I have to place consecutive loyalty orders to earn the loyalty gifts?
Yes. In order to earn the free loyalty gifts, you must place a loyalty order of at least 50 PV every month as the gifts are rewards for reaching 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 consecutive months on the program.
How will I receive my loyalty gift?
Your loyalty gift will be automatically added to your next loyalty order the month after you hit a new milestone: 3, 6, 9, 12 or 24 months with the program. For example, if a Brand Partner reaches their third month in November, the gift for the third month would be added to the Loyalty Rewards subscription order in December, i.e. month four. In this example, if the Brand Partner did not place a qualifying Loyalty Rewards order in month four, they would not receive the three-month loyalty gift.
If I earned the gift and then don’t process the order, can I re-earn that gift?
No. You can only earn each gift for 3,6,9, consecutive months one time. For example, you might earn the three-month gift and later cancel your subscription to Loyalty programme. If you subscribe again, the next gift you’ll be eligible for will be the six-month gift, not a second three-month gift. If you cancel your subscription the month after you’ve earned a gift, the gift will come with your next processed Loyalty order, should you choose to subscribe to the programme again.
What happens if a loyalty gift is out of stock?
If a loyalty gift is out of stock, Young Living will substitute the loyalty gift for a product of similar retail value.
How many points do I earn for my Loyalty order?
You will receive points based on a percentage of your PV for each Loyalty subscription order. The percentage you receive depends on how many months you have consecutively placed Loyalty subscription orders. There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn in a month.
1-3 months: 10 percent of each Loyalty order PV
4-24 months: 20 percent of each Loyalty order PV
25+ months: 25 percent of each Loyalty order PV
How do I know at which percentage I’m earning points?
You can find this information by visiting the Virtual Office.
Is there minimum PV for my monthly Loyalty order?
Yes. Your monthly order in Europe must be at least 50 PV to qualify.
How do I redeem my Loyalty points
You can redeem your points online by logging in your Virtual Office and clicking on “Details” tab next to your points balance. Select “Shop To Redeem Points Now” and to open the online catalogue and browse for your preferred products. Loyalty points can be redeemed after placing 2 consecutive Loyalty Orders. Kindly note, that you cannot redeem points with an Loyalty order.
How many points can I redeem every month?
You can redeem up to 375 points each month.
If I cancel my Loyalty Rewards subscription, do I lose my points?
If you cancel your subscription, you forfeit all unused Loyalty points. You must contact Member Services to cancel your subscription. Your monthly subscription to the programme, if resumed, will accumulate points again at the 10 percent level.
Do I retain points earned for returned products?
No. You forfeit any points earned on products that you later return.
How soon can I redeem points that I earned?
You earn points the minute your subscription order is shipped. You can redeem points any time after placing two consecutive qualifying Loyalty orders.
What is the difference between Loyalty Points and PV?
The majority of products have a PV value. Loyalty points are earned based on the PV value of your Loyalty order. For example, if in month one you place an Loyalty order of 100 PV, you will receive 10 Loyalty points. You will accrue Loyalty points with your monthly Loyalty orders. For example, if you would like to redeem your points for Peppermint 15 ml which has a PV value of 22 PV, you will require 22 Loyalty points.
When redeeming Loyalty points, do I go by the currency amount or PV amount in the price list?
When redeeming points, please refer to the PV amount rather than the currency value. For example, if you have 50 points, you can redeem them for eligible products with a PV value up to 50. Loyalty points can only be redeemed for products with full PV values. All items marked with a flag in the Virtual Office catalogue are available for purchase with Loyalty points. Some items, such as promotional items, may not be available for purchase using Loyalty points. Other exclusions may apply. Please note, our standard 90-day returns policy does not apply to Loyalty points redemption orders, unless the product is faulty.
Can I use my points for promotional products such as discounted items?
Promotional products are not eligible for purchase with Loyalty points. Loyalty Rewards kits, Starter Kits (both Basic and Premium) and selected products are not eligible for purchase with Loyalty points, and some products are restricted for a time after they first launch. All items marked with a flag in the Virtual Office catalogue are available for purchase with Loyalty points. Please contact Member Services if you have questions about specific items.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Unused points expire on a 12-month rolling basis, meaning they expire 12 months from when they were earned. Please check the summary page in the Virtual Office to find out how many points you have.
How do I redeem points outside my market?
With millions of Brand Partners worldwide, we know that many of our Brand Partners travel the world to share Young Living. So what if you want to redeem your Loyalty points while visiting another market? Here are some guidelines to help you plan ahead and make sure you always have your YL favourites, no matter where your journey may take you:
• To redeem ER points in a market that is not your home market, you must be present in the market, and you may not redeem Loyalty points on behalf of another Brand Partner.
• The market you are visiting may limit quantities or restrict products that you can redeem Loyalty points for.
• You will be allowed to place only two orders per month with Loyalty points and can redeem only up to 125 ER points total per month in any market other than your home market. If you redeem 125 points on your first order, a second order will not be allowed.
Can I use my Loyalty points to pay for shipping?
No, you cannot pay for shipping using your Loyalty points. Shipping prices can be found in the shipping policies located in the Virtual Office under the Brand Partner Resources page, within the Product Information section.
