Great news! Get your common concerns answered faster with the new Member Services Express Help! There's no need to queue in Live Help or send an email, just fill out the Express Help form of your concern and expect a response from our Member Services team within 48 hours!

No, we recommend accomplishing 1 form per concern only. We discourage filling out multiple forms for the same concern in order for our Member Services team to properly allocate resources and to respond to all queries more efficiently.


Once you have accomplished your Express Help form, you will receive an email notification. You may expect our Member Services team to respond/address your concern within 48 hours. Filling out multiple forms will not expedite our Member Services team’s response.


We discourage filling out multiple entries in one form in order for our Member Services team to properly allocate resources and to respond to all queries more efficiently.

You may access our Member Services Express Help forms from Mondays to Saturdays, from 10am to 7pm. Forms received past 7pm will be accommodated by 10am on the next business day. (Ex. Form submitted on a Sunday, 1pm will be accommodated on the next business day, Monday, 10am)

The Member Services Express Help is only available for Young Living Philippine members.

No, the Sponsor/Enroller Change Express Help form will only accommodate requests if the form was submitted within 5 days upon the enrollment date. Kindly check out our Work Smarter Hacks troubleshooting guide to know how you can email us to process Sponsor/Enrollment changes for enrollments beyond 5 days.

To cancel your Essential Rewards subscription/template, use the Essential Rewards Cancellation Button in your Virtual Office. Just click on the Cancel ER Profile button that you'll find under the Processing Date of the Essential Rewards section to cancel your subscription.

No. Only processing of Essential Rewards Orders can be accomodated via Express Help. Cancelling an Essential Rewards Order requires a completely different process and needs to be raised via Member Services Hotline or Chat

Please be advised that account reactivations within the last 24 months will require a minimum of 50 PV order, while account reactivations after 24 months will require a minimum of 100 PV order.

For your security, only the last 4 digits of your credit card or debit card will be requested in order to verify your account and process your payment.
